Our refund and replacement policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.

Replacements are issued for items damaged or lost in transit.

We do not replace or refund orders if there is a spelling mistake. Drafts are provided and text is copied directly from the order form. Spelling and grammar are the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure is correct when approving a draft.

To complete your replacement or refund, we require your request to be submitted to us within 14 days of your order being received.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.


For a change of mind. Non-personalized products can be returned directly to us for a refund at the customer’s expense.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and Clearance items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are damaged in transit, defective, or has an error not shown in the approved draft. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@astroman.nz

Shipping returns

To return your product, we will send you the address via email.

If your return is due to a change of mind you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.

If there is an error on your order and it is not visible in your approved draft we will organize collection from you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
