Shipping Information

We use NZ Post for most orders and Fastway for certain exceptions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment options. Including Paypal, Credit Card, Laybuy (buy now pay later) and Bank Transfer.

If you select to pay a deposit first and pickup your order when it’s ready you can pay the balance in cash!

How long will delivery take?

We use NZ Post for most orders and Fastway for certain exceptions.

Dispatch times will vary based on a product’s availability (if it’s made to order or in stock).

Delivery times are usually 2-3 working days from order dispatch but allow for up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

How secure is shopping in the on your website? Is my data protected?

Credit Cards are processed by eWay. No credit card information is stored on our website and processing is performed off our site directly by eWay using their state of the art encryption methods. 

We also offer PayPal who have a proven track record in keeping your payment information safe and secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed you get an automatic order confirmation emailed to you.

Depending on your payment method one of the following happens.

Credit Card, PayPal and Laybuy:
Payment is automatically received and we begin to process your order.

Direct Bank Transfer:
Once payment has been sighted on our end your order will be processed. It is recommended the customer pays immediately after placing their order to prevent any delays. 

How are orders processed?

  • “In stock” we will send it directly out to you.
  • Made to order” we will email you a draft within 1-2 working days for you the customer to approve. Once approved we will make your order and send it to you within the time stated on the product description.


Do I receive an invoice for my order?


If you pay for an order with Credit Card, PayPal or LayBuy you will get an invoice automatically emailed to you. 

If you pay using Direct Bank Transfer your payment will need to be confirmed prior to an invoice being emailed.
